Here’s everything you need to know:

Shipping

All domestic (US) orders are fulfilled through USPS via 2-day Priority Mail.

Please allow 1-2 days for processing.

Lost shipments and stolen packages from doorsteps/mailboxes are not the responsibility of 8011 and claims must be made by the customer to the appropriate carrier.


International Orders
We are not responsible for paying additional VAT charges for customs clearance. All customs is separate from the shipping cost and is out of our control. We cannot lower the value of orders to avoid potential customs. 

 

Returns
We are currently unable to offer returns at this time. All unworn items can be exchanged within 21 days of delivery. A return label is included with your package. Worn or damaged items will not be accepted.
